A nice spacious pub, with a bright decor. The floor space is split into several different areas with a mix of dining type seating and easy chairs with low tables. and a central bar area. We called in the middle of the afternoon so didn't eat. They had four ales on pump two Greene King beers, Sharps Doom Bar and a guest beer; Dark Island from the Orkneys - a dark ale (4.6%) with an unusual flavour reminiscent of roasted coffee beans. I quite liked it. Full marks to the young bar-maid for offering us a taster glass first without being asked.
Will call again and try the food.

Still consistently good both for food and for beer. The changing beer list is always good to see and they are one of the cheapest pubs in Reigate. Keep up the good work.

It's funny you never go into a pub by what you hear by word of mouth which is a very powerful thing. We've been in the area for years and never went here because of this. However, we went and were very pleasantly surprised. Nice inside. food is very good value and good quality and the beer is good. I will now add this to 'our pubs to go to' list!

As this is my nearest pub I use it quite a bit and pleased to say that John the manager has been keeping his beers in good condition and the food whilst from a chain supplier is generally good with a changing menu. Extra staff at busy times would be a help as tables sometimes don't get cleared of plates very quickly.

Good quality ale and the £5 pie was also good value for money and a real pie not just a lid. My only major criticism is a significant lack of cleanliness of the plates and cutlery for our meal. They were crusty with food residue underneath. I can't imagine I'll be returning
