| I knew The Bull when it was Edwards and went back a couple of times recently. When it was Ed's it did exactly what you thought it would, provide cheapish drinks, half decent music and a fight at the end of the night with a chance of a brief encounter. I went a few months ago on a friday when it was the bull i found the place was a little better, music was great and dj was friendly and gave shout outs, beer was ok and we generally had a good time. Then we went back on a friday a week ago and it seems that the place has gone down hill very fast, stroppy bouncers, chessy crap music and a miserable feeling to the place. The bar staff look generally harrassed and unpleasant, seems there is no management of the crowd or staff. We used to throw a bit of cash across the bar before, will be avoiding now at all costs, what has happened to this place??!! If you are going out in Richmond avoid it at all costs, unless you like attitude and crap music..... generallyhappy - 23 Dec 2008 19:48 |
