Overcrowded and horrible toilets. Massive smoking area out front that you have to run the gauntlet through. Avoid jaywhoopee - 15 Dec 2008 11:34
Nothing less than three sample trays, each with three beers plus a seasonal one. In addition to their own draught lagers, stouts and ales there is a quite impressive international bottle menu. Delicious food; the Porterhouse Frying Pan is highly recommendable. Decent service and cosy atmosphere. Best time for sampling beers should be in the afternoon before it gets too busy and crowded rune - 15 Oct 2008 08:31
I wish it did more real ale. But a fantastic place none the less. Thewoolpackinn - 9 Oct 2008 16:50
Great place during the quieter weekdays. The high percentage beers take your face off! good_pubs_are_rare - 12 Sep 2008 22:18
Very well built with lots of open spaces and levels. Brass marble and wood decor. Similar design to Porterhouse Central and Porterhouse North in Dublin. The small Dublin based Porterhouse Brewing Company brews and supplies a wide range of stouts and beers to it's pubs in London and Dublin. The Plain Porter stout has won many awards and tastes more like Guinness did in Ireland 20 years ago than Guinness does now! The food is excellent. Even though the premises is vast it can become very crowded and the bouncers, though maybe necessary, are a bit off-putting. bitman - 3 Sep 2008 12:48
