This place has really gone downhill. Its used to have a large choice of ales and people spilling out into the street.
Saturday 22nd, room inside and a choice of only 2 ales Landlord being the choice. Beer OK but the loo stank so badly it made me feel sick.
Wont be visiting again unless all the other pubs nearby close.

quick pint on our travels around soho , Why is it famous for sausages?? is it a butcher shop in disguise? I thought it was famous for being a tiny little bar and normally only good to visit on a summers day so you can stand outside in the sun ( 2 days per year) was ok , but its def lost some of the character it used to have.

Cracking little Soho pub - friendly welcome and great atmosphere. Always busy but you can often find a seat upstairs. Enjoyed fine pints of Hobgoblin and Halloween Surprise (well, it was October 31st!).

Small but perfectly formed, the Dog & Duck is a welcoming pub with what I would say is an intimate atmosphere. It has some of the best examples of Victorian tiling still around, and some of the dark panelling looks to be original. The Thwaites Lancaster Bomber had just gone off when I was in there, so had to find solace in the Timothy Taylor Landlord. Such hardship!

Didn’t have a main meal, but the sausage sandwich and chips for £4.95 made a pretty good snack. Very simply, I think this is the best pub in Soho.

Fantastic "hole in the wall" sort of pub. It is long and narrow and with soft interior ligthing. This coupled with the victrian mirrors, tiling, wood panelling etc give it a lot of character and atmosphere. Good range of ales and I had a top pint of Sharps. Service was prompt even though the place was very busy. A great little pub.
