Excellent little pub tucked away on a side street off the High St, it's a must find. Saturday lunchtime when I popped in and it was busy with a mix of punters, a fair few seemed to be in for the food. I didn't have any food but the French onion soup looked and smelt cracking. A couple of decent ales on draught of which i have the Flying Scotsman, a lovely dark beer from the Calendonian brewery north of the border. As stated by various other reviewers this place should be on a Hereford pub crawl. lezford - 24 May 2012 13:21
Good city centre pub down a lovely alleyway and very friendly. An oddity is the Greek food - but it's done very well - a meze was carried off with some flair and the vine leaves tasted home made. The ales are well kept although it's a mite disappointing that no local brewery is represented (unlike the cider). Doombar, Flying Scotsman etc were the decidedly non-Engish choices. Still an essential part of any Hereford pub crawl. BoehmBawerk - 8 Apr 2012 08:55
Also went here Saturday lunchtime. Nice pub right in the centre of town. As reviewer below said a good amount of real ales were on offer but maybe not the most exciting selection. Owner was very friendly. They do a Greek Platter which I had and it was very tasty, a nice change from the normal pub burger offering. A French Platter was also on the menu which sounded nice too. There is a patio area at the back if you are of the nicotine persuasion. rwjc22 - 7 Mar 2012 17:48
Met up here on Saturday lunchtime. Had Doom Bar, Flying Scotsman, Adnams and Deuchars all good. Excellent food with a cypriot twist. Landlord Andy and staff very welcoming. Very clean pub, good atmosphere, will definitely come again. DavidtheWomble - 4 Mar 2012 14:29
Disappointing. Beer choice limited (although these days Bass is a rarity) and no proper cider - surprising in Hereford. It seemed a bit laddish and I imagine it could get quite loud when busy. djw - 22 Feb 2012 16:11
