I've only been in here during the day but for a pint of Guinness on an afternoon it#s not bad really. Better than a lot of Oneills, not as "Oirish" as a lot of them, although still pretty forced. The G is alright, i've had better, but for a pub on Broad Street it's not bad. I would'nt venture in her of an eving though, ooooh no.

One of the better O'neill's I've been in. Not quite the most amazing compliment.. but I do mean it. The bar is large, pleasantly decorated and very welcoming. Not to mention alot cleaner and generally fresher than a number of other O'neills I've been in. The staff were pleasant, polite and helpful, and the drinks and food we had were fine. All in all, fine to pop into, but certainly doesn't have enough real character to make me want to call it my local

Nice during the day, gets exremely busy on weekends. Not a bad pub and good food during the day. In contrast to another poster (unless things have changed recently) the DJ is completely unoriginal and has a really annoying habit of singing over all the songs he plays. Personally theres much better places on a friday/saturday night
