Was up twickenham way for the Iron Maiden gig, popped in for a uick pint to kill the thirst. Decent priced drinks, staff appeared friendly.. would revisit Jackrum - 13 Jul 2008 03:32
I went to this pub on Sunday and the new landlady seems to be totally turning it around. She's really making contact with all the customers and getting her staff to do the same. The food is great – 100% home made now. I also heard that they're doing a huge refurbishment in August. MarkEdBromley - 1 Jul 2008 15:36
Nice to go to a pub with manners. Great service, food & a good band down there last night. Not too sure if it were a one-off or not. Thoroughly impressed! CheekyShepherd - 11 May 2008 18:21
great pub ,specially rugby days, shame phil and cheryl are leaving as the place will not be the same without them . thomo92 - 11 Mar 2008 19:06
| This is the best pub in Hounslow/Whitton that I've been to but that's not so hard when so many of the others are complete dives, serving rank pints to chav scum... Prior to the smoking ban, I always found it a lively, friendly place with 'music' on at the weekends. Post smoking ban and it seems to have died a bit of a death which is a shame.
